The Pasco Building Association (PBA) on April 21, 2005 presented awards to winners of the 2005 Parade of Homes and Neighborhoods on Parade that was held February, 19 - March 6, 2005.

The awards banquet was held at the Saddlebrook Resort & Spa in Wesley Chapel.
According to PBA President Kevin Robles, 31 model homes and 3 communities entered in the two weeklong parade.

A panel of independent home-building experts from outside the Tampa Bay area judged the homes and neighborhoods. Awards were given to homes in specific price ranges for single-family and multifamily designs, and single family with no lot included. The winners are:

Category 1 - $200,000 - $250,000
