Siebel Falls Homes Building PBA 2008 Showcase Home

PASCO COUNTY: Siebel Falls Homes Inc. is building the 2008 Showcase Home at the brand-new community of Alsace in Land O' Lakes. The Siebel family boasts 15 years of experience working with award-winning builders in Pasco and Hillsborough counties. Larry Falls is a community leader and entrepreneur in the construction industry.

The 2,645-square-foot home will offer three bedrooms, den, two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and a two-car front-entry garage.

Proceeds from the home's sale will benefit Mercy Ships charity and the Ronald McDonald House. Mercy Ships delivers free world-class health care to the forgotten poor in developing countries. Ronald McDonald House is the place where parents of children that are in a hospital can stay at night. The home theme is By Land and By Sea.

"Showcase Homes from past years have raised thousands of dollars for several charitable projects," said Nita Beckwith, CEO of PBA. Some of the past charities were All Children's Hospital and the Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

To achieve the goal, PBA has set up different levels of sponsorships for the project. "We will put up a sign at the site identifying our sponsors," she said. "Sponsors also will be listed in our quarterly magazine and a press release with pictures will be sent to all the daily publications."
