Dear Friends and Neighbors,

As President of the Pasco Building Association, it is my pleasure and privilege to invite you to our 2008 PBA Parade of Homes … Neighborhoods on Parade. This annual event, held at Florida's most beautiful time of the year, showcases the best that builders and developers in Pasco County and our surrounding counties have to offer our new homebuyers.

As a building industry association, we do more than just build homes for our growing community. Our latest PBA Showcase Home, now under construction, built by one our builder members, Siebel Falls Homes, will provide not only a showcase of the products our builders, tradesmen and suppliers offer, but it will also provide an ongoing Financial commitment to the Ronald McDonald Mobile Unit and Mercy Ships. The Showcase Home will be available for viewing in April 2008. Our members serve in many capacities in our community, including positions in the Pasco Economic Development Council, West Pasco Board of Realtors, Land O' Lakes Board of Realtors, YMCA, Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation and many other worthwhile community endeavors. Our builder members and associate members richly contribute to what makes Pasco County such a great place to live, work, and play.

There has never been a better time to "Buy New, and Buy Now!" We are extremely proud of the beautiful entries we have received this year. Our Builder and Developer Members are anxious to see you come out and see just what we have to offer and allow us to show you why it is time to "Buy New and Buy Now".

As the chairperson of the Pasco Building Association's 2008 Parade of Homes and Neighborhoods on Parade, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our 8th annual premier event. This year's Parade offers you 16 days to visit the best homebuilders and developers in the Bay area's fastest growing area. We have over 30 beautiful model homes and two communities competing for recognition.

The local building industry's finest have come together to display their talents. Expert architects, skilled craftsmen and gifted interior designers are showcasing the latest designs, building techniques and materials. They have created a Parade of Homes and Neighborhoods on Parade you won't want to miss.

You will find homes of all styles and price ranges throughout Pasco county and the surrounding counties. I invite you to explore the diverse selection of townhomes and single family homes in family neighborhoods, and gated communities. Inside this publication are floor plans and information on each entry and a map with all the locations for your convenience. All of the entries in the 2008 Parade will be easily recognized by a Parade of Homes sign. Builders and sales representatives will also be on hand to welcome you and answer questions during your visit.
